Rebuttal detects new chargebacks automatically and places them in your review queue, sorted by evidence deadline. Each dispute shows the order, the reason code the cardholder's bank assigned, the disputed amount, and the date your response is due.
The queue has three groups:
- Needs review — new disputes waiting for you (the default).
- Prepared — disputes with a generated evidence package, ready for your review and submission.
- Submitted — disputes you've marked as submitted, with the deadline met.
Nothing moves to Submitted on its own. Rebuttal never submits anything for you.
